List your classes on ClassPass directly from Book & Go. Your schedule syncs automatically, ClassPass reservations appear in your calendar, and attendance is reported back for you — one calendar, zero double entry.
Email us at tech@bookandgo.app (or message your Book & Go account manager) and tell us you want to list your classes on ClassPass. We activate the integration for your venue and reply with two numbers you will need: your Partner ID and your Venue ID. There is nothing you need to look up or configure yourself.
Contact the ClassPass Partner Support team and provide the Book & Go Partner ID and Venue ID we sent you. ClassPass uses these to link your venue to your Book & Go schedule.
Keep your class calendar published in Book & Go as usual, ideally a few weeks ahead. Your classes, times, coaches and open spots appear on ClassPass automatically, ClassPass reservations show up in your Book & Go calendar like any other booking, and cancellations and attendance stay in sync — no double management.
Class name, description, schedule, coach and available spots sync automatically. Spot counts update in real time, so a class can never be overbooked across the two platforms.
These IDs identify your business (Partner ID) and each of your locations (Venue ID) inside Book & Go. The Book & Go team hands them to you directly when we enable the integration — you do not need to find them anywhere in your dashboard. If you have misplaced them, just email tech@bookandgo.app and we will resend them.
