What is MATCHi's 4% service fee and why is it non-refundable?
MATCHi charges a 4% service fee on every court and activity booking (with a minimum and maximum per market). The service fee is non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled — so clubs lose revenue on bookings that never happen. Book & Go has zero per-booking commissions — your flat subscription covers everything.
Is this page comparing MATCHi or TPC Matchpoint?
This page compares the MATCHi marketplace (the player app where clubs are listed). TPC Matchpoint is a separate product — MATCHi's club management software that DOES sell a branded app. If you are evaluating Matchpoint (the club software), see our TPC Matchpoint comparison page.
Does MATCHi offer a white-label or branded app?
MATCHi the marketplace does not. Players book through the shared MATCHi app. However, MATCHi also owns TPC Matchpoint, a club management product that sells branded iOS/Android apps, a coach app, and branded intranet. If you want a branded app from the MATCHi ecosystem, Matchpoint is the product to evaluate.
Can I use MATCHi if my club is outside the Nordic countries?
MATCHi operates in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden, and Thailand. If your club is outside these markets, Book & Go offers worldwide deployment with multi-language and multi-currency support.
What happens to my player data if I leave MATCHi?
Players on the MATCHi marketplace are part of the MATCHi ecosystem. With Book & Go, you own 100% of player data, emails, and booking history. If you ever switch platforms, your data comes with you. No lock-in.
Can I use both MATCHi and Book & Go at the same time?
Some clubs keep a MATCHi listing for player discovery while running core operations on Book & Go. However, most clubs find that once existing players have the branded app, they stop using the MATCHi marketplace. Evaluate whether the 4% marketplace fee (non-refundable on cancellations) is worth the discovery traffic.
