How is Book & Go different from Virtuagym or Glofox?
Virtuagym and Glofox charge per-member pricing that gets expensive as you grow, and their apps are published under their developer accounts — not yours. Book & Go offers flat monthly pricing, your app is published under YOUR App Store account with YOUR brand, and we include a dedicated account manager. Plus, if you also have courts (tennis, padel, pickleball), our multi-sport support handles everything in one app.
Can I manage group classes with capacity limits and waitlists?
Yes. Set capacity per class, enable waitlists with automatic promotion when spots open, restrict classes to certain membership tiers, and allow members to cancel up to a configurable cutoff time. Recurring class schedules can be set up once and run indefinitely.
What if my gym also has tennis or padel courts?
Perfect — that is actually where Book & Go excels. Unlike Virtuagym or Glofox which only handle fitness, our platform manages courts, classes, memberships, and trainers all in one app. Check our multi-sport white-label page for details.
Do you charge per-member fees?
No. Our pricing is a flat monthly subscription regardless of how many members you have. Whether you have 200 or 20,000 members, your monthly cost stays the same. No per-member fees, no booking commissions, no hidden costs.
Can trainers manage their own availability and bookings?
Yes. Each personal trainer gets their own dashboard to set availability, view upcoming sessions, and track earnings. Members see available PT slots in the app and book directly. You configure the revenue split between the gym and trainers.
How do you handle membership freezes and cancellations?
Built-in freeze and cancellation workflows with configurable rules — minimum commitment periods, freeze limits, cancellation notice periods, and pro-rated refunds. Members can request changes through the app, and your staff approves or denies from the back-office.
