What is OpenCourt's 3% service fee on Growth, and who pays it?
On the Growth plan ($199/mo annual, $249 monthly), OpenCourt charges a 3% service fee on transactions. This fee is separate from Stripe/payment processing. It can be passed to the player or absorbed by the club. Pro, Elite, and Enterprise plans have 0% service fee.

OpenCourt is primarily US-focused with an English-only interface. If your club is in Europe, Latin America, Asia, or operates in multiple languages and currencies, Book & Go is built for global deployment.

What if I'm on OpenCourt Growth and the 3% fee is eating my revenue?
You have three options: (1) Upgrade to Pro ($499/mo) or Elite ($749/mo) to eliminate the 3% fee; (2) Pass the fee to players (creates friction); (3) Switch to Book & Go, which has 0% platform commission on all plans. See our
OpenCourt Alternative page for a switching guide.
